If it is before the ride begins (see above).  If during the ride you decide to change distances, please let the timer or one of our staff members know after you cross the finish line, so the results are correct.  We will need your bib #, name and distance you completed.

Where / When is packet pickup?

Registration, packet pickup and Expo are from Noon to 8:00 pm on Friday May 30th. You don’t want to miss out on the athlete meeting and kickoff party, which starts at 6:00 pm. There is no day-of packet pickup, so please plan to attend on Friday.  If you absolutely can’t make it until the morning of the ride, the VIP option ($75) includes same day packet pickup. The VIP SWAG and benefits are definitely worth it regardless if you come in early or not.  The VIP option is listed in the Registration Add-ons during the online registration process.  You can also have another rider pick it up if the online waiver is signed.

Where do I place my bike plate number?

Front of the handle bars. Use provided zip ties to affix to the front of your bars and cables. The bike plate has a timing chip affixed to the back of the plate and therefore the plate should not be manipulated.  Doing so can render the RFID ineffective.

What should I do if I lose my bike plate with timing chip?

If you lose your race # please return to packet pickup.  We will assign you a new number.

Do I need a USA Cycling license?

No.

Can someone pick up my packet?

If you’ve signed the USA Cycling online waiver, then yes.  If not, then you will need to appear in person to sign the waiver and pick up your packet.

What happens if I am unable to participate due to injury / work / illness…can I get a refund?

We don’t process refunds, but we do offer a rollover or transfers. Please refer to our refund policy.  You can also purchase Event Insurance during the registration process.

What is the weather policy?

We will ride rain, snow, sleet or shine.  We carefully monitor the weather, All Sports Productions in coordination with both local emergency personnel and race officials will make decisions based on safety first.  If weather should occur while on course, please shelter in the nearest safe location.

Will there be Course Markings?

We pride ourselves on marking each course with directional arrows corresponding to each distance. However, we strongly advise you to download your course from the Ride With GPS event to a GPS-enabled device as there are always uncontrollable forces which may cause course markings to disappear or be damaged.

Are bike helmets required?

Yes all riders must wear a helmet that is secured to their head per manufacturer’s guidelines.

Can I ride an E Bike?

Yes under 2 requirements. You must indicate that you are riding an E-Bike category in the custom question section during the registration process.  And if your bike must meet the following standards. Per USA Cycling sanctioning and insurance…“The Consumer Product Safety Commission defines a low-speed electric bicycle as “a two-or three-wheeled vehicle with fully operable pedals and an electric motor of less than 750 watts (1 h.p.), whose maximum speed on a paved level surface, when powered solely by such a motor while ridden by an operator who weighs 170 pounds, is less than 20 miles per hour.” You may ride an E-assisted bike, however you will not be eligible for any awards if applicable.
